Going Wide 2013: Portraits of Cebu
It must be Orhan Pamuk's Istanbul: Memories and the City that persuaded me to explore and take long walks in the city. Just like Istanbul, Cebu City must have many stories waiting to be explored. I have seen and experienced some of them today.
